We are truly proud to share an important milestone for our company: our “Perfume Body Lotion” by Giardino Benessere has been awarded the CONAI Eco Design Award 2025.
This recognition is deeply meaningful to us, as it highlights the path we have chosen, one made of responsibility, innovation, and respect for the environment.
A project driven by our personal commitment. For years, we have been committed to designing products that embody not only beauty, but also awareness. This award confirms that the direction we embraced, rethinking every aspect of our creations with sustainability at the core, is the right one. Our constant work, passion, and belief in a greener future have guided this project from the very beginning.
The Perfume Body Lotion underwent a complete eco-design transformation:
Before:
- PP jar – 86.7 g
- Multi-layer plastic cap – 49.6 g
- Rigid cardboard box – 120 g
After:
- 100% recycled PET jar – 25.2 g
- 100% recycled PP cap – 11.8 g
- Grass paper box – 26 g
- Labels made with 30% recycled paper
- Plastic labels made with up to 90% recycled plastic
Key results:
- Significant reduction in total packaging weight
- Use of recycled and more recyclable materials
- Lower environmental impact throughout the packaging lifecycle
Our 250 ml Body Lotion is crafted with high-quality fragrances and mainly natural formulations containing ingredients from organic farming. Thanks to this composition, the formula is primarily certifiable as natural, as well as suitable to be described as vegan and made with fair-trade sourced raw materials.
All packaging components have been rethought to be significantly more sustainable, through the use of recycled and recyclable materials: grass paper (FSC, recycled and recyclable), recycled-paper labels,recycled-plastic labels, and 100% R-PET jars.
